Chuck is the founder and CEO of Featherstone Partners (”FP”). FP is an active sponsor of investment property holdings throughout the United States.

Chuck was the founding partner and CEO of Fortress Capital Investors (“FortCap”). FortCap sponsored, acquired and participated in over $500 million of multifamily and commercial real estate investments throughout the Eastern US and Texas from 2004 until 2017. This investment activity included direct property investments, acquisitions of nonperforming debt pools from the FDIC, and JV/preferred equity investments with strategic partners. Prior to the founding of FortCap, Chuck was a founding partner and the Chief Investment Officer of Harbor Group International (“HGI”), and co-chair of its Investment Committee. Chuck was responsible for all acquisition/disposition activity and debt placement of HGI’s real estate investments throughout the US and the UK from 1993 through 2004.
